This challenge was presented to Working Group 1: "Benchmarking the Body of Knowledge" of the Military Operations Research Society (MORS) workshop entitled "Understanding the Consequences of Catastrophic Events" that was held at the VMASC, 18-20 November 2008.

Accomplishments:

Working Group 1 produced a report of its results. It also produced a list of tools, with descriptive metadata, that can be used to support CM.
